THE CODEX  a full guide to weapon evolutions

Big one today: added THE CODEX, an in-game reference that shows exactly how each weapon reaches its final form.

1. Open it from the pause menu (ESC → THE CODEX) or straight from the opening "How to Play" screen.

2. Every weapon gets its own page: a recipe (draft card + shop card = evolved weapon), a level-by-level damage table, and a plain description of what actually changes when it evolves.

3. It tracks your current run live cards you already own glow gold, your weapon's current level is marked, and evolved weapons show a checkmark instead of a guess.

4. A 7th page covers Fist Mastery, including the Soul Tree punch upgrades (Fervor, Ember Fist, Cinder Wave, Holy Gauntlet).

Also fixed: UI panels and the Soul Tree no longer drift out of place if your Windows display scale changes mid-game.
